Full body 45-minute express Yoga Flow! Simple easy-to-follow flow segments are blocked with endurance, strength and flexibility. The class is a good way to keep your body strong and fluid.

This class will work your cardiovascular and muscular systems in a variety of ways, offering both continuous and interval workouts. Training tools such as free weights, elastics, and balls will be used to practice a variety of muscle exercises.  You will be able to perfect your physical skills and learn to graduate the level of difficulty of each exercise according to your abilities. This class offers you a complete, from your head to your toes.

Combat Sculpt

Bootycamp

Treadfit is a new exciting 45 min treadmill fitness workout to hit the city of montreal.  Treadfit Classes incorporates bouts of jogging, sprinting, mountain hiking with total-body strength training. Each class combines killer playlists & treadmill interval training to create a high-intensity, fat- burning, experience.

RHYTHM RIDE

Rhythm Ride is a 45 minute class focused on riding to the beat of the music, with a lead leg that the instructor calls out at the beginning of every song. The cadence is based on the BPM of a song. These rides will have basic to intermediate choreography and will build cardio as it varies between sprints, climbs and recovery.
